Customer Reviews
Good Value on a Great Day Out
Saved about 20% on a Pompeii Day Trip from Rome which made this already fantastic tour even better. Finding the meeting point was easy enough with the instructions provided after booking. The guides were knowledgeable and really brought the history to life, definitely recommend checking their site for a deal before you book direct.
Good tour, but confusing coupon process
The Barcelona Sagrada Familia Tour was great, much better than a similar one I took with Viator. Our guide was very knowledgeable. But applying the coupon was a bit confusing at checkout, it took a few tries to get it to work.
Reliable as always
This was my third time booking with The Tour Guy, and they were consistent as ever. I went with the Sagrada Familia Tour in Barcelona this time. Just like my previous bookings for the Vatican and Uffizi, the guide was excellent and on time. Their skip-the-line access is always a lifesaver. It's why I keep coming back; no surprises, just good service and great tours.
Easy booking, good tour
Booked the Colosseum Underground Tour. Website was simple to use. Guide was informative. No issues. We skipped the line and everything went smoothly.
Smooth Louvre experience
So, I booked the Louvre Museum Tour for my trip to Paris. It was pretty chill. We met up with the guide easily enough, and they got us right in, no long lines which was awesome. The guide pointed out all the important stuff, so I didn't feel totally lost in such a huge place. Felt like a good way to see it without a headache.
Good tour, but confusing meeting
I booked the Eiffel Tower Skip the Line tour. The tour itself was great, our guide was knowledgeable, and getting straight up was a huge time saver. My only complaint is the meeting point instructions could be clearer. It took us a few minutes to find the group, which was a bit stressful. But once we connected, it was all good. Decent value for what you get.
Excellent Florence Duomo Tour
I purchased the Florence Duomo Tour, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Booking online was straightforward, and I received clear instructions about the meeting point a few days before the tour. Our guide, Anna, was incredibly knowledgeable about the history and architecture, making the climb up the dome very interesting. The tour length was just right, not too rushed, not too slow. We bypassed the main queues, which saved us a good hour at least. The views from the top were spectacular, definitely a highlight of my trip to Florence. Highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting a comprehensive look at the Duomo without the hassle of long waits.
Best Venice Gondola Ride!
The Venice Gondola Ride was absolutely magical! I booked it for my anniversary and it was perfect. The views were stunning, and our gondolier was so friendly. It was exactly what I dreamed of for our trip to Italy. I will definitely be using The Tour Guy again for future travels! Highly recommend them to anyone visiting Venice!

Does The Tour Guy offer private tours? Planning a family trip and it'd be easier with just us.
I'm in Chicago, how long does it usually take for them to get back to you if you email customer service? Just asking in case I have a last-minute question.
Trying to book a few tours for my trip to Italy, can I use a student discount AND a first-time booking code? Or is it one or the other?
How do these guys compare to Viator? Viator always pops up first for me, but The Tour Guy seems to have more specific tours.
Thinking about a Florence Duomo climb, do they guarantee skip-the-line or is it still a bit of a wait?
